Additionally, please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time with your health card*** We are pleased to announce that our new Family Doctor, Dr. Ukpong, is now accepting new patients and booking Meet-and-Greet appointments! These appointments are ONLY for Meet & Greet and Other Appointments for Dr Ukpong Family Practice patients. For Walk Ins, please come to the clinic to be seen by the physician (walk in availability is subject to change based on clinic volume). Any walk in appointments through online booking system will be CANCELLED. Please note that the initial appointment with Dr. Ukpong will be a Meet & Greet for introductions and enrollment into the family practice. Medical conditions will not be discussed during this visit. Following the Meet & Greet and completion of the Enrolment Form, you will be able to book a full physical examination appointment with Dr. Ukpong to discuss any medical concerns.
